ground
Techtix relished the opportunity to partner with a group of partners who had a completely developed mobile application. The mobile application revolved around the concept of offering the Qadha prayers that we as muslims, have missed all our lives.
But the existing app lacked a user-friendly interface and slick performance in calculations as had been expected by the client, resulting in an unsatisfactory user experience .
In addition to the fixation of previous issues, the client wanted to add a few new updated features and a whole revamp for the design.

The project involved a significant amount of coordination with the client’s team around figuring out their requirements and to make them well informed about the process we were planning to design in order to meet their requirements while keeping them in loop throughout the project.

Complete app QA
Initiating the project with UX, low fidelity prototype Y-framing was done to discuss and test the app flow with the client’s team. Once finalized,to check the efficiency and user experience of that flow, a usability test was run through the Invision app.
The test highlighted the real-time issues and how user-friendly and convenient the app was, for a user.
After going through the proper testing, the app entered into the UI phase. In this phase our focus was mainly on providing a mobile application that features a clean interface and is simple, convenient and easy to use.
We were able to do so through keen colour, font and element decisions for a balanced, uncluttered and modern interface.
The complete project was made on Sketch – the most advanced app with maximum features.

Language
In addition, with English as the first language, the application was required to be translated in Arabic and Urdu as well. The issue was resolved by the help of Google translator and the client’s help since they had Arabic as their first language.
Prayer Calculator Designing

Designing the calculator was a thorough process involving collaboration of designers at Techtix and the designers at the client’s end. It took around more than two focused days for our team to figure out an irreproachable calculator with multiple filters and formats.

Calendars
Providing a simplified experience for users on the registration stage was another challenge. As per our client’s requirement the registration screen had to be very precise, well labelled, providing two format calendars ( Georgian and Hijri) and yet decluttered, clean and static, containing all information on a single screen.
Our team made the grade, and made a perfect interface which was simple yet precise.
